1. Your right of withdrawal
If you subscribe to Front Carbon CCS Map as a consumer — a private individual acting outside your trade, business, or profession — you have the right to withdraw from the subscription agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven), which implements the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you entered into the subscription agreement. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the period expires.
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. If you subscribed on behalf of a business, or for purposes relating to your trade, business, profession, or craft, it does not apply.
2. How to exercise the right
To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us — Front Solutions AS, Agnes torg 18, 3290 Stavern, Norway, post@frontcarbon.com — of your decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement (for example an email). You may use the model withdrawal form in section 4, but you are not required to.
3. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse the payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we were informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, at no fee to you.
Your subscription is an ongoing digital service that begins immediately. At checkout you expressly requested that the service start during the withdrawal period. If you withdraw after the service has started, you must therefore pay an amount proportionate to the service delivered up to the time you notified us, compared with the full subscription period; we deduct this from the reimbursement.
